live.ly is the official app for the eponymous streaming site that lets you broadcast live videos for people worldwide. And obviously the app also lets you view live streams from other broadcasters.

To start using live.ly you'll need a user account, which you can get using a Facebook or Twitter social login. That done, you can add any contact to your friends list, though of course this isn't strictly necessary.
